02/14/08 - Break out the flowers, chocolates and plastic handcuffs - Valentine's Day has come once again to the University of Rhode Island, and love is in the air, as are bitterness and apathy.
To gauge the enthusiasm for Cupid's holiday on campus, the Cigar asked a sampling of students about their plans for today and about their feelings toward the holiday in general.
