2/5/10 - University of Rhode Island President David Dooley has assembled a council that will consider options for the 2012 budget, consisting of administrators, faculty members and even students. In previous years, the council was comprised of just senior administrators.

In order to become a UC scholar students have to excel in and out of the classroom.
