04/22/09 - The University of Rhode Island men's track team competed at the Princeton-Larry Ellis Invitational last weekend in its fifth meet of the outdoor season. "The meet was fantastic," head coach John Copeland said. "The kids really did a nice job." URI was amid a fierce and talented range of competitors, featuring teams from Georgetown University, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Syracuse University, Colombia University and Princeton University in the unscored meet.
04/22/09 - The University of Rhode Island tennis team lost to Saint Louis University in the third round of the Atlantic 10 Championship Saturday. Rhode Island finished its season tied for seventh overall in the A-10 with a 15-4 record.
