10/02/08 - The University of Rhode Island men's cross country team finished the Bryant Invitational with second place last Saturday. Race conditions were rainy and windy because of Tropical Storm Kyle, an incoming nor'easter in the region. The Rams totaled 57 points to give the URI harriers the second place finish.
10/02/08 - Freshman Michael Pezzullo has had a tremendous start to his collegiate running career at the University of Rhode Island. In two of the three races this season, he has been the first Ram to cross the finish line.
10/02/08 - The University of Rhode Island women's tennis team did not lose a single match yesterday as it defeated Providence College 7-0 at home.
