Spring Break
03/06/07 - Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel has never been cleaner. Not physically speaking of course, but Friday night, Guster managed to "green" up the place. Guster guitarist and vocalist Adam Gardner founded an environmental organization with his wife, Lauren Sullivan that's been "greening" up tours and venues all over the United States.
03/06/07 - Even though I froze my ass off while waiting for the doors to open at Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, I was instantly awestruck once I got inside. It's quite impressive to say the least, and it truly possesses a respected reputation that should make bands want to play there.
03/06/07 - We've all seen Jim Carrey as a psycho before, but we've never seen him like this. He has officially made a profession out of acting crazy. He's been everything from a stalking cable guy, to a nice guy gone schizo, to a liar, to a grinch and everything in between.
03/06/07 - I love February: the sunny days, the warm weather, going to the beach and surfing. Oh wait. I can't surf. And it's not summer. But The Queers seem to think it is, with their Beach Boys tinged release Munki Brain. The Queers have been pop-punk luminaries for almost 20 years now.
