Abstract:
11/18/09 - The Rhode Island American Civil Liberties Union represented the University of Rhode Island's Student Senate last night in a hearing discussing the constitutionality of the "orange sticker policy."
Though the hearing held at the Roger Williams School of Law lasted an hour and a half, student senators will have to wait up to 60 days for a case verdict....

How about enforcing the laws and not giving all stdent run parties the "Scarlet letter" treatment. Once again RI law enforcement are acting like the gastapo. This is America...punish lawbreakers and let young adults have responsible fun activities.
The ones trying to stop the parties are probably the URI rent-a-cops and town hacks who never got to experience college life....otherwis they woulden't be making 35 grand as a "security guard."
